It is the God I see in you,
It is the light that shines through you.

And spare me the generic resistance,
Thats just you being lazy.  

Now, I never said that this was the only way,
but it is mine,
and if you're going to ask...well, lets just say, DON'T
unless you're going to listen.

Listening is learning,
learning is living,
living is breathing,
and my breath is full from my Uddiyana Bandha to my throat chakra
ready to release the tension.                                                                                               

Memories stored in my shoulders,
knowledge in my neck
passion in my abdomen
pain in the sockets of my hips

Whispers of the truth ride the wave of the Ujjayi breath

Listen to the truth

not mine                  YOURS  

Your Body
Your injuries
Your diet
Your sleep
                                 Your truth
                                 Your choice

To have awareness
is to be present
is to have clarity
is to breathe consciously
is to actively participate in
the confronting of yourself                              
                            
Trust the darkness,
